PIANIST

August Xiao, age 8 and in third grade, has been passionately learning piano for 2.5 years under national certified piano teacher Ms. Felicia Feng Zhang. He is an active volunteer in Piano Village Foundation; He mentored young kids on piano classes and brought joyful piano music to old people during holidays.

He won several 1st Place awards in Elite International Music Competition and Little Mozart Competition and performed several times in Carnegie Hall and Merkin Hall in NYC. He earned Sonatina Medal in 2022. Besides, he is a baseball club player, loves soccer, basketball, tennis, swimming and Pokemon.
