She is a mother of 4 children, retired.

Her passion for castanets dates back to her youth, when she participated in a contest at school. Although she didn't play them again for a while, the memory endured.

After retiring, she reignited her passion for castanets by taking a beginner's course. Her natural talent led her to pursue advanced training, when she met Teresa Laiz. Over 5 years, she honed her skills and performed at various events, including the 1st and 2nd Edition of the International Castanet Competition in Madrid. Her dedication and talent landed her a spot in the Madrid Castanet Choir, directed by Teresa Laiz, where she continues to captivate audiences with her passion for this traditional art.
