Introducing Daniel Lee, a 16-year-old prodigious composer with a passion for music that has been thriving since the age of 6. Inspired by modern jazz composers like Tigran Hamasyan and Nikolai Kapustin, as well as classical music and Japanese composers such as Joe Hisaishi, Daniel's music reflects a dynamic fusion of diverse influences.

As an avid classical pianist, Daniel has already made a name for himself, having won 2nd place in the Crescendo International Competition in 2022. Outside of composing and playing piano, Daniel has also demonstrated a strong interest in linguistics and has entered the NACLO invitationals this year. In his free time, you may spot him mountain biking or eating spicy food.

With an original and creative musical style, Daniel is thrilled to participate in the music composition competition and looks forward to sharing his unique voice with a wider audience.
