Helen Wu is 16 years old, and has been playing piano since she was 6. She has won numerous awards, including the MTAC Panel Honors Award, First Place in the USOMC for Showcase Piano Concerto, Outstanding Gold Medalist with Scholarship for Master Class Winners in the USOMC, Jack Price Award in the colOrchestra Competition, and Platinum Award in the Canadian International Music Competition. She has been invited to perform at Carnegie Hall in New York, Solitaire Mozarteum in Salzburg, and the Petit Palau in Barcelona. Helen loved attending the Masterworks Music Festival in the summer of 2023, and she enjoyed playing chamber music with her chamber group in C’est Bon Chamber Music Academy. In addition to music, Helen also loves photography, reading, swimming, and traveling with her family.
