Holly Lacey, age 15, has been playing the violin since she was 5 years old and is currently the concertmaster of the Colburn Sinfonietta. Holly has performed as a soloist with the Los Angeles Dream Chamber Orchestra, as a soloist and served as concertmaster of the Colburn String Orchestra, and as concertmaster of the Colburn Youth Orchestra. Holly has earned first prize for a number of competitions, including the Southern California Philharmonic Young Artists Competition and the Southern California Junior Bach Festival Complete Works Audition. Holly studies the violin with Margaret Batjer at the Colburn School in Los Angeles, CA.
