Ximurong Zhai - 🇨🇦 Canada

Ximurong (Jasmine) Zhai was born in Shenzhen on September 6th, 2007, currently learning piano with Dr. Olga Chichova at the Canada Academy of Music & Arts. Jasmine has a great passion for music and has enjoyed playing the piano since kindergarten. As a result of her hard work, she won overall prize in the 2023 Steinway Piano Competition, Gold Star and Best Classical & Modern & Sonata Performance in the 2023 Music and Stars Awards, the 2023 Steinway Cup, first place in the 2022 OMFA piano duets category, second prize in the IPPA Conero International Piano Festival & Competition, second place in the 2016 HongKong International Invitation Piano Competition, and more. Throughout these years, Jasmine continues to show improvement and demonstrate her love for piano through regular performances and playing in various charity concerts.
